My Results
Much of my work is behind the scenes for farmers and ranchers, including creating email newsletters, updating website copy, running social media ad campaigns, and back-end website and e-commerce work.
Because this is private data involving other businesses, I keep the metrics that I can share anonymous for the farmers and ranchers. Here are some of my results.
37k
Impressions
To promote an on-farm event, I designed and created a Facebook ad campaign that reached 37k people with an ad budget of less than $400. Each ad event response cost just $1.56.
1.7k
Followers
I created a LinkedIn paid campaign to grow a company page following from 400 to 1,700. This paid campaign also increased the rate of organic follower growth, from gaining less than 20 per week to gaining 27-40 per week.
3.5k
Blog Views
After conducting keyword research, I wrote a blog post that became the 2ndmost visited page on the site (following the Home page). This blog post netted 3.5k views in the first year.
More Results
After recognizing the most engaged audience segment in a paid LinkedIn campaign, I created a new campaign to target this group specifically.
This campaign cut cost per result in half, doubled CTR, and more than doubled engagement rate.
I created and edited customer testimonial videos that garnered 70-260 views each, averaging 158 views per video.
When time came to start a company newsletter, I designed and wrote the monthly newsletters that became the most opened and clicked emails sent by the company.
Average open rates of 24% (other emails averaged 19%).
Average CTRs of 6.2% (other emails averaged 5.5%).
Video Examples
The following are videos I planned, filmed, and edited for a local grassroots organization focused on the local food system.
